I recently went on Realtor Tour in Albuquerque, New Mexico.? This one tour ? previewing a half dozen or so homes on the market with the Listing Brokers spun off into 6 different arrays.

1)? I have a borrower looking to purchase a triplex in Albuquerque, and we saw one on tour, I sent her the specs.

2)?? I have multiple mortgage clients in the under $200k price range, but they may have limited their searches without giving these homes consideration, and based on my say so will go have a look.

3) Found a house that was eco- friendly which may work for some parents who are co-signing for their college age daughter on a home purchase.

4)? I have Realtors with Buyers looking for hot properties in this area in this price range who did not have time to go on tour that I have sent links to,

5)? I have Investor friends who should at least be made aware that prices in this area have dipped to the point where they should be taking more serious looks at purchasing now.

6)? And let?s not forget my own education and edification.? I live in Albuquerque, New Mexico too ? I need to know what property values are doing, what is available in inventory and stay current ? it?s part of my job.

Here?s why this works for me ? I am a natural networker ? my passion is to help others and I love to see them succeed.? By using 2 hours of workday time to preview these homes, I can have a ripple effect on at least 6 different potential purchasers ? and in the end, it is all returned to me, because I am asked to coordinate the financing that goes along with the real estate.? Sounds like a win-win-win to me.
